Did you know that our Scallops come from the Atlantic Sea and are hand picked off the ocean floor? Once they reach us they are pan-seared to perfection, served over our house made cauliflower puree, accompanied by a mushroom fricassee, finished with a basil pesto, and a touch of truffle oil. Perfect for any occasion!
